Cancellation Policy

By booking our Literacy & Numeracy Tutoring service you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below. BOOKINGS - Bookings can be made up to 48-hours in advance. - Cancellations require 48-hours notice to be consequence free. - Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will forfeit the session. No refunds will be given. - You can cancel or reschedule your booking using our mobile app or emailing us: anna@tamankuda.com.au - If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you by phone or email, and the session will be credited to your account for easy rebooking. - "No-shows" will forfeit the session and a refund will not be granted. - Prices advertised are exclusive of GST. GST will be presented upon check out. - Payment will be deducted from your nominated method. KEEP US IN THE LOOP - If your child is unwell, can’t make it to their session, or you anticipate being late, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us ensure your child’s well-being and plan for their arrival, especially if you might be delayed for pick-up. - The sooner we know your child won’t be attending their regular session, the sooner we can offer that spot to another student. Likewise, this process allows us to secure extra sessions for your child when needed. HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE SERVICE - Please ensure students arrive on time to get the most out of their full session. - Ensure all the homework sheets, downloaded material, project or assignment outlines are ready (where applicable). CHANGES TO TERMS - Taman Kuda Club reserves the right to change days of this services availability. If that happens, we’ll contact parents by email, text message or phone call. - Taman Kuda reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions where needed.
